Step 1: Complete Your Consultation & Select Treatment
- Visit our homepage at www.heyslim.co.uk.
- Click on a button like "Start my journey" or "Find out if it's right for me".
- You will be guided through our confidential online consultation. During this process, you will answer questions about your medical history and health goals, provide your GP practice details, and select your preferred medication and starting dose.
Step 2: Review and Checkout
Based on the answers in your consultation, your pre-eligibility for your chosen treatment will be confirmed. If you are able to continue to clinical review, you will be taken to a checkout with an overview of your selected treatment plan.
- Review your selected plan and add any coupon you may have.
- Complete the checkout by filling out your billing, shipping, and payment details.
Each plan is a flexible treatment schedule (not a subscription). You can easily cancel your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Subsequent orders are only created after confirmation with a check-in one week before your next scheduled order. Without completing a check-in, your active treatment plan will not create any additional orders.
Step 3: Upload Your Documents
After placing your order, you will be directed to your heySlim portal. Here, you will need to upload documents for our clinical team to review:
- Upload a full-body photo of yourself (taken on the day for the purpose of the consultation).
- Upload proof of prior medication use (only if you have selected a dose higher than the standard starting strength).
You can do this on the Uploads page in your account.
Step 4: Clinical Review
Our clinical team will review your consultation and documents, typically within one business day. If they have any questions, they will contact you via email or phone.
Once your treatment is approved, you will receive an email and a text message. This is the final step before your order is passed to our pharmacy for dispatch.
What if I'm not eligible?
If, based on your consultation, our service is not suitable for you at this time, it is for your own safety and to ensure we maintain the highest standards of healthcare. If you have questions about the decision, please feel free to contact our Patient Support Team. If you have paid for your clinical review, you will be refunded in full if our clinical team determines our service is unsuitable for you.
