We aim to make it as easy as possible for you to keep your account up to date. Your information is managed in two separate areas depending on what you need to change: your heySlim Profile for personal details, and our secure payment portal for billing and shipping information.
How to Update Your Personal & Prescription Details
You can edit your personal information directly on your heySlim profile page.
- Log in to your account and go to your profile at https://app.heyslim.co.uk/profile.
- Here, you can directly edit details such as:
- Your name
- Your phone number
How to Update Your Billing & Shipping Details
Your payment and delivery information is managed through our secure payment provider's customer portal.
- Log in to your heySlim dashboard.
- Click on your active treatment plan.
- Select the ‘Manage treatment' option.
- Go to the bottom of the page and click 'Open billing portal'.
- This will securely redirect you to the customer portal where you can update:
- Your billing information and payment method
- Your shipping address
Important: If you are updating your shipping address, please make sure to do this well before your next order is scheduled to be processed. This will ensure your medication is sent to the correct location. You can find your next order date on your heySlim dashboard.
