Throughout your journey with heySlim, you will be asked to upload photos or documents to your secure account. This allows our clinical team to monitor your progress, verify your information, and safely prescribe your medication.
How to Upload Your Files
We have a dedicated, page within your account for all uploads. You can upload common file types, including photos and PDFs.
- Log in to your heySlim account and navigate to the Uploads page (https://app.heyslim.co.uk/uploads).
- Click the button to select a file from your computer or mobile device.
- From the dropdown menu, please select the correct document type. This ensures our team can review your file quickly. You can choose from:
- Full Body Photo: Used for your initial consultation and for periodic progress checks.
- Medication Proof: Used to show evidence of prior medication use if you are starting on a higher-than-standard dose.
- Other: Use this for any other specific documents requested by our clinical team.
- Once selected, complete the upload. Our team will be notified to review your document.
When Will I Need to Upload Documents?
You will primarily need to upload files at two key stages:
- During Sign-Up: As part of your initial consultation, you will need to upload a Full Body Photo. If you are starting on a higher dose, you will also need to provide Medication Proof.
- For Check-Ins (Optional): Throughout your treatment, our clinical team may request updated full-body photos to help monitor and review your progress towards your goal weight. This is to make sure we are safely prescribing your medication at every step of your journey.
