Here’s how to change your next order date, request an early refill, and order up to 2 months' supply at once.
How to Reschedule Your Next Order
Rescheduling is a great option if you need to take a temporary break but don't want to cancel completely.
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Click the 'Manage plan' button.
- Look for an option labeled "Schedule next order".
- Select the date that you would like to create your next order. You can select a date up to 2 months from the current date.
- Click the button and confirm your choice.
How to Request an Early Refill
Running low before your next scheduled shipment? You can request your next order to be processed and shipped immediately.
- Log in to your account.
- Click the 'Manage plan' button.
- You will see your next scheduled order / billing date. Below this section, there should be a button titled 'Order now'.
- Click this button and complete your check-in
What happens next?
- One of our clinicians will review your request within 48-72hrs.
- If approved, we will process the charge for this order right away.
- Your order will be prepared for shipment, typically within 1-2 business days.
- Your treatment schedule will automatically reset. Your next order will be scheduled for its regular interval baed on the date that your early refill ships.
How to Order up to 2 Months at a Time
This is the perfect solution for traveling, ensuring you have a backup supply, or simply wanting to stock up. You can do this by using the "Request an Early Refill" feature after placing your initial order.
Follow these steps carefully:
- Complete your checkout. If this is your first time with us, one of our clinicians will review your medical profile and your first order will be automatically created.
- Order Your Second Month: Follow the steps above to "Request an Early Refill." Complete the process and one of our clinicians will review it within 48-72hrs to confirm your second order.
Please Note:
- Each early refill is treated as a separate order and will be charged individually.
- Depending on our fulfillment system, these orders may ship in separate packages.
- After your early refill request is approved, double-check your next order date in your account to ensure it is set for when you want your regular shipments to resume.
