1. Upload Your Supporting Documents
After you check out, you will be prompted to upload specific documents for our clinical team to review.
- Full-Body Photograph: Everyone is required to upload a recent, full-body photograph. This is a crucial step that allows our prescribers to verify your BMI and assess your suitability for treatment as part of a remote consultation.
- Proof of Prior Medication Use (if applicable): If you have requested a dosage higher than the standard starting dose (e.g., anything other than Mounjaro or Wegovy ), you will also need to provide proof of prior medication use. This can be a photo of a previous prescription or packaging that shows you have tolerated the requested dose or the dose immediately below it.
2. Clinical Review by a Prescriber
Once your documents are submitted, one of our registered prescribers will carefully review your medical history, your consultation answers, and the documents you've provided. This ensures that the treatment is safe and appropriate for your specific circumstances.
What if I need to provide more information?
If our clinical team requires more information, or if your submitted photos are not clear enough, we will contact you via email with instructions on what is needed. Please keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder) to avoid any delays with your order.
What if my order is not approved?
If, after a thorough review, our prescriber determines that treatment is not safe or appropriate for you at this time, we will notify you by email and explain the reason for the decision. Your order will be cancelled, and a full refund will be automatically processed. Please allow 5-10 working days for the funds to appear back in your account.
