Step-by-Step Cancellation Guide
1. Log in to Your heySlim Dashboard Visit https://app.heyslim.co.uk and enter your login details to access your personal dashboard.
2. Select Your Active Treatment Plan Once you are logged in, locate and click on your active treatment plan to view its details.
3. Navigate to "Treatment plan" Inside your plan details, you will find a button to 'Manage treatment plan'. Click on this to proceed.
4. Cancel in the Customer Portal. Click the button titled 'Open billing portal'. You will be securely redirected to our payment provider's customer portal (Chargebee). Please don't be alarmed by the change in interface; this is where your billing information is safely managed.
In the portal, select your active treatment plan and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the cancellation process.
Once confirmed, you will receive an email confirming that your treatment plan has been successfully cancelled.
Cancelling Your First Order (Before Approval)
