We aim to make your journey with heySlim as smooth as possible, and that includes the payment process. Here’s everything you need to know about your billing, and payments.
How does the billing cycle work?
heySlim schedules your orders to ensure you never miss a dose. Your next order date is based on when your previous order is shipped to ensure a timely delivery.
- Your first refill is scheduled 21 days after your initial order is shipped.
- All subsequent refills are scheduled 28 days after the previous shipment.
Important note: We do not auto-ship subsequent orders. To receive your next order, you must complete a check-in before the check-in's due date (midnight 2 days before your next order date).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards for your convenience.
How can I see my next order details (price, address, and date)?
You can view all your upcoming order details in the patient portal.
- Log in to your heySlim dashboard.
- Select your active treatment plan.
- Click "Manage treatment plan".
- Here you can see your next order date, price, and address.
Important note: To update your payment method and shipping/billing addresses, please click 'Open billing portal'. This will redirect you to Chargebee where you can log in with the same email associated with your account.
Are my payments secure?
Absolutely. We prioritize the security of your financial information. All payments are processed through our industry-leading, secure payment provider (Chargebee). We do not have access to or store your full card details.
What happens if my payment fails?
If your automatic payment is unsuccessful, our system will automatically retry the payment on a set schedule. We will make new attempts 1, 4, and 9 days after the initial attempt fails.
We recommend updating your payment details in the customer portal as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to your treatment plan.
