Prescription Medications
- Cancellation Window: You may request to cancel your order at any point before our prescriber has issued a prescription for you. To do this, please contact our support team immediately.
- After Prescription is Issued: For safety and legal reasons, once a prescription medication has been dispensed by our pharmacy, we cannot accept a return or offer a refund. Dispensed medications cannot be reused and must be disposed of safely.
Legal Basis
This policy adheres to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These regulations state that the usual 14-day cancellation right does not apply to medicinal products that are dispensed on prescription or are not suitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons.
Exceptions
While we cannot accept returns on dispensed medication, a refund or replacement may be offered in specific circumstances, such as:
- If we are unable to fulfil your order.
